Morwenstow AFC's first team squad compete in the premier division of the East Cornwall Premier League. The 1st team will be competing in their third succesive season in the East Cornwall Premier League after promotion from Division 1 at the first attempt in the 2006-07 season.

Morwenstow AFC's second team squad, previously of the North Devon Premier league, have returned to the Kingsley League for the 2010/11 season.
